By accessing and using QR Barcode Tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue use of our tools.

1. Permitted Usage & License

Our tools are provided entirely free of charge for both **personal and commercial purposes**. You may:

  • Generate and download unlimited QR codes and barcodes.
  • Print downloaded barcode/QR graphics on retail packaging, business signs, assets, or commercial materials.
  • Use our generated assets without paying royalties, attribution fees, or watermarks.

2. "As-Is" Disclaimer (Liability Limit)

Our tools and services are provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. While we verify our generation libraries against standard GS1 and ISO/IEC barcode protocols, we do not guarantee:

  • That the generated codes will scan successfully on all legacy scanning devices.
  • That your custom colors will offer high enough contrast for retail scanning.
  • That our service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for any physical or digital financial damages (including inventory reprint costs, packaging waste, shipment quarantine, or logistics delays) resulting from the use or scan failure of our tools.

3. Retail Number Registration Warning

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any EAN-13 or UPC-A numbers you input into our generators are legally leased and registered to your company via **GS1**. Using unauthorized, guessed, or stolen barcode numbers on retail products violates international logistics guidelines and may result in retail distribution bans and legal penalties.

4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time without prior announcement. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain compliant with our current guidelines.
